What is TVP?

Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) aims to subsidize local entities on the use of technological services and solutions.
When using better technology, local entities can:

  • Improve productivity
  • Upgrade and/or transform business processes
  • Enhance long-term competitiveness
Tips from funding specialist:
  • The cumulative funding ceiling of HK$600,000, up to 6 projects for each eligible entity.
  • Provide funding for projects on a 3 (Government) : 1 (Entity) matching basis (Government pays for 3/4 in total, Entity pays for 1/4)
  • Each project should normally be completed within 12 months. Within 2 months after completion of the TVP projects, the applicant should submit Final Project Report, Evidence of Deliverables, Invoice/Receipt, Audited Statement of Income & Expenditure.
